The Kheiron School of English was established in 2007 with the aim of helping non-native speakers of English who live and work in Oxford. Life can be difficult if you don’t feel confident in English and we are here to help you fit in - to enable you to get more out of your everyday life here. The lessons are a wonderful opportunity to make friends of different nationalities and to learn street English that British people use rather than ‘text book’ English.

We are happy to help with CVs and job application forms – please just ask! If you are studying for your FCE exam, please let us know on your application and we can help providing extra work and homework.

The lessons are £7.50/hour and each class lasts for two hours. We meet interested people for a coffee and a chat to find out about you – your background and your ability – before deciding on what level to start you at.
